This week features traditional Noyes programming in the mornings, with afternoons dedicated to a range of activities including exploring the property, swimming, and the invitation to create artwork. Evenings are dedicated to improvisational movement (playtime), with a culminating evening of Saturday night performances.
Participants should plan to arrive at 2pm on Monday 7/6 and check out by 12noon the following Sunday 7/12.
Registration is possible as either a Retreat Participant or as a Cooperative Work Participant. Co-op Participants can expect to contribute toward community tasks including support for meals, cleaning shared spaces, and other tasks.

Noyes Rhythm Summer 2026
The Summer Program at Shepherd’s Nine provides daily meals, periods of rest and quiet, periods of togetherness, and the experience of Noyes Rhythm throughout. Our farmhouse bell signals times of classes, meals and other gatherings. Glorious mornings are devoted to Noyes Rhythm movement classes and readings. Afternoons are for rest, time in nature, music making, artistic expression, other Noyes Rhythm experiences, and camp explorations. Evening dancing is an invitation to improvisational movement with beautiful live music by lantern light or under the moon and stars. Saturday evening is our community performance night.
In Summer 2026, we recommend a Monday to Sunday stay.
